If you view the actual video, he was mocking the liberal generals who don't know what they're doing, he mocked them four time during that speech and was saying so at the time, but the dishonest liberal media decided to take full advantage of the opportunity to lie and mock the disabled instead by misrepresenting that video... simply stated, the left wing nut cases are nothing more than liars, every last one of them, liars and crooks... ever wonder why they don't play the sound with the video, not even for only 6 seconds... that's because they had to edit out the earlier part that would expose them as liars and creators of fake news... Obviously enough, the People saw right through it and ignored it for what it was... GZ
