Sessions FINALLY holds her to account....

Sessions said he would recuse himself (unlike Lynch) if she gets investigated. Heard it on Rush, and the major MSM sites are reporting it.

""This is a complicated can of worms. One hangnail is that a Presidential Pardon must be accepted by the pardonee…….

Should Clinton accept a pardon, she thereby also admits guilt, and via that admission also, intent…..Should that happen, its not hard to see an end of the Clinton Foundation and the Clintons….

For this reason, I don’t think a pardon is forthcoming.

This leaves the Clintons at the mercy of Bannon, Trump and Jeff Sessions…..That’s gotta be scary to a liberal criminal….LOL""'

Regarding the Clinton Foundation, I can report that Rudy Giuliani stated that a RICO case should be opened against the Clinton Foundation. Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch has already filed a RICO lawsuit.

At the bottom of the article, Rep. Gowdy notes that since it can be difficult to prove specific intent, Congress wrote the law such that gross negligence has to be shown, not intent.

If you want a more in-depth analysis of federal law 18 USC 793 relating to intent, then see this article. The author states, “… At this point, if you’ve been clicking along with the links I’ve already provided, you probably realize that Hillary Clinton is without question, guilty of willfully violating multiple subsections of the Espionage Act on both a felony and a misdemeanor level. Unfortunately, we live in a world where the media has already picked the next President of the United States and where the director of the FBI can re-write law to protect that soon-to-be President – despite being neither a judge nor the actual, final prosecutor of a potential indictment….”
