To all, does anyone see, as I speak, that the real-time quote of Datek has MDCO at $21 1/4, Ask 20 1/8, Bid 20 1/16 and Change +1 1/8 and Volume at 12,793,300? It was -5/8 on change at the close on Fri. and volume was 721,100. Gee, am I seeing something wrong? Can anybody confirm this? Does this indicate a gap-up on Monday? BTW, UFAB is down big time at 17 3/4, -3 1/8. I am confused and my account value increased sharply. Hew!!

Dave; RE:" Gold "

...very interesting to see this recent action in gold, in light of the FED talking about deflation of commodity prices and whatnot.

Thanks for pointing out the gold bellwethers, Dave. I'm such an old fogey-fart, I remember we'd buy HM back when it was counter - bear market :-) HM has a Hammer on its daily and weekly charts, FWIW.

I keep wondering who benefits from cheap(er) oil/energy prices, and I keep coming back to transports: trucking; airlines...
