What in general has happened is that Hispanics who look for something better than farm labor end up in say construction, typically now working for a Hispanic boss, and those Hispanic roofing, drywall, painting, etc businesses have put the white construction workers out of work, and those individual DO NOT GO LOOKING FOR FARM LABOR JOBS. ZERO, NADA, NONE OF THEM. Instead, they increasingly have turned to SS disability, or running meth labs. I've watched them wreck their lives.
