BUY ITSI at a 1$ to 1 1/2 level look for 3 by the end of Janurary and 6 to 8 by spring .Shareholders just approved 20 million perferred offer that there largest shareholder will imediatley put 5 million into.THe last time this happened was in 93 right before it went from 4 to 20 1/2. They are also getting ready to announce some major business. The last 60 to 75 cents down was caused by 2 individuals that sold close to 450k for a tax loss , that they plan to buy back when they see some news.I know them and they can buy a hell of alot of ITSI. The stock has a solid base to launh a rally from. This one is a sleeper i have followed for 6 years.

Dear John, I don't mean to butt in, however, I am not aware of anyone being "runoff" from the FAMH thread. Indeed, it has been my experience that the latest thread, as well as it's previous incarnation has been one of the most democratic that I've seen on SI. Secondly, if you read the prior posts from the thread you will find the information regarding the funds involved, as well as to possible explanations regarding the 3rd Q numbers. IMO, Ira Monas must be an extremely busy man, especially considering the acquisitions that have been taking place as well as the ones that are being considered. Agreed, audited financials would lend great credibility to this issue, but it does not bother me personally that he may not have had the information at hand at that time. Also, the fourth quarter may have been slow traditionally, but when you consider the number of recent acquisitions and the new ones mentioned in IBD, as well as the recent formation of their financing division, it would seem that everyone at Firamada should be extremely busy.
