Stockman - Re: "AMD and Cyrix will be left still further behind the low price treadmill."

AMD and Cyrix are targeting to be leaders in the sub $299 PC range.

Many analysts have determined that sub $299 PCs represent the "sweet spot" of the market.

With CPU ASPS of $29, both AMD and Cyrix see "plenty of profit potential" in this "space".

fuchi,

When do you think NSM will trade in the teens again. I may buy some for a short
term trade. Becuase this dog NSM, is going to the single digits.

With the slow down in orders in Asia, I think we could see the high teens soon.

Craig,
Re -- Why .. because the gutless wonders on this thread have rendered that
impossible.

Gee, some kind of a thread buddy YOU ARE FELLA. Go cry to your wife for some
support. Don't demonstrate your cowardice by threatening people here on this thread.

NSM is a dog. It has too much of competition for the system on a chip business.

I think the BOD should be proactive and kick out that IDIOT Halla right away and not
waste shareholder time on hair brained ventures!!!

Stockman

P.S And Cut out that long winded plea for help. Sorry state indeed!!

Jimmy OLD dog you,
Re -- OK, you win...later dude.

Now go post something of substance. Your posts are only to take information and
does not provide anyone with anything of substance.

Your YEARS have taught you nothing old chap.

Now, NSM is a DUD. Given that your % profit from Cyrix is so low, its surprising you
are still around to trade stocks.

On second thoughts don't post anything. You will only make losers out of the readers,
like you are.

Silly boy.

Steve,
Re -- I do not believe that Motorola has the advantage over NSM that you claim they
do.

Motorola, is just investing 3 billion dollars in a Fab (and its not for their powerPC).
You think they are not going to kick NSM's B*tt to kingdom come?

Re -- Fab investment..

According to No Bucks thats all one needs state of the art equipment.

However Motorola has been in CPU's and other semis for longer than anyone else
including NSM. They have some of the best process technology, They have some of
the best CPU expertise (6800, powerPC). if X86 becomes a factor (its unclear if x86
is really required in the commodity system on a chip market) they could easily get the
technology from IDT or others.

X86 is not a wonderful new technology you know ( a bunch of engineers at Centaur
could do it in a year, and there are other prototypes around).

Thats why NSM is in a no-win situation and will go down to the single digits.
