Libertarianism is a political thing.

Libertarian, the whole thing, subsumes libertarian, the political thing.

Christian is pretty broad, I wouldn't say that all versions about submission

I came at the question in an odd way. I had read some years ago that Islam means submission. I looked into that a bit and found that the notion applies to Christianity, too. I claim no expertise in matters Christian. My perspective is from the outside. Indeed, Christians, like libertarians, come in many flavors, some not considering others to be "real" Christians. Be that as it may, I did do some research on the subject back then and recently raised the topic with a retired professor of religion in my community. According to her, submission is central to both religions.

[You might be interested in a couple of numbers I picked up in my reading the other day--a ranking of states. Utah was the most religious with 77% Christian adherents. Maine was least with 27%. FWIW.]
