Good Morning Malcolm: I agree with your comments. It appears that the probability for FNTN to earn up to .25 per share in 1998 has fallen on deaf ears for now, notwithstanding this, the potential for this stock to a more respectable valuation in the "conservative valuation" range of $2-3 has not yet sunk in. Technically, any move over 0.33 should propel this issue sharply higher as believers step in.

My feeling right now is that FNTN is analagous to the building under construction on the street corner that nobody wants and then suddenly as it approaches completion, everybody wants to own it as it emerges as a prime peice of real estate. Judging by the comments of personal encounters on this thread and the tone of management's comments, they appear to be on track with just a few minor setbacks that do not appear to be overtly injurious to the overall strategy.

Off Topic: In line with my response to your request re MSN. I did not expect anything dramatic to occur, because of the structure of that issue, but it does appear to be taking on a better tone at this time, so it could begin moving up quite soon. I was disappointed by FONR's sharp selloff, but if it can hold the $2.5 area, it could begin a new upmove.

Best Wishes to you and all for a happy, healthy and highly prosperous 1998 and beyond.

On another positive note: Midcap index is less than 10 points from a new record high and Value line a bit over 20 points off. Maybe 1998 will finally be the year of the small caps. If so, I'll be betting on a strong move for small caps into the year 2000.

Rgds
