The fact is Obama was hobbled from day one by Repubs. That is the starting point for Putin's seeing him as wounded. I will accept your apology when you are man enough to make it....The fact is Obozo was not hobbled from day one as you stated without qualifier...and BTW, even if this referred to the sequester...the idea for the sequester was from Obozo himself.....
