Sounds like a great short-term opportunity for shareholders to get out. For discussion, here's a business proposition: (1) I hire a small band of theves to steal your gold. (2) I launch a public company in the precious metal business (3) I hire an army of lawyers to delay and deny the legal-justice system (4) I melt done the gold and stamp my name on it instead of yours Am I am still guilty?

Cosmo, did you notice that the press release fails to mention or list all of their other "products". Obviously they are trying to distance this "new" product from Acquarius and all of their other products in anticipation that they may be enjoined on their other products. I do not have any facts to support my belief that Appollo is just a modification of Acquarius, but my instincts tell me it is highly unusual to "coincidentally" have an entirely new product released, within two weeks of a possible injunction. Who ever heard of a software company changing the name of their software each time there is new release? It just doesn't make business sense. Hopefully the judge will see through this charade.
