The 10-K report has NOTHING NEW in these cautionary statements that is substantial. Only the names of some of the customers have been changed over the years. The cautionary statements are good to consider however the same cautions are in the previous 10-Ks. Indeed, you will find them in the reports of their competitors as well. Wo what?

Fenton is telling you that these kinds of reasons will be given to the retail investors to make them want to sell their shares at a low price. Later, good earnings reports and industry forecasts will be used to make the same investors buy at a high price. Every manufacturer, retailer, salesperson, has their best accounts which if they lost would cause their business to falter. When this happens, use the information to YOUR advantage like Fenton is doing. Don't let the market demons, fear and greed, sway your judgement.
