Reporter Peter Kennedy says that among them John Kaiser, publisher of the Kaiser Bottom-Fishing Report, names Balaclava Mines and Norcal Resources. Companies with large cash positions include Pacific Rim Mining, which has $11.5 million, and Corriente Resources, holding $21 million.
