Fair enough, I don't live there and was just ran across that.

But the reality remains that for the market to become functional in our lifetimes, without a stinking pile of bureaucracy settings costs according to a sliding bribe scale, we really need price discovery. Add single payer, and suddenly in five years we will have longer life expectancies, better outcomes, and much smaller medical bills.
