Anyone follow TME:NYSE, a DEC (debt exchangable for common) issued by Times Mirror? Pays a dividend then AFAIK converts to NSCP in 2001. Any details/thoughts appreciated. Of course TME is down badly too, now 18 3/4 down 25% from Friday.

TLindt, I think this stock might go lower than 17.50 given the clouds over Japan and Korea and pressure from Microsoft. I'm getting ready to jump in at that level.
