Switzerland comes to mind. Low, low crime and many many guns. I think those guns are in civilian hands but are intended for military uses.... Then there is the question of whether or not just reducing the number of guns would have the desired effect of reducing the number of murders using guns as the weapon. It's working in many countries around the world and it work here in the old Wild West days... It is obvious you do not have a solution that is reasonable and well thought out. Which is exactly what I expected. My thoughts go along with the rest of the world......and I am sure there are more than an few out there a helluva lot smarter than you.....
