Insiders said that the spending reductions in some departments could go as high as 10 percent and staff cuts to 20 percent, numbers that would rock Washington if he follows through.

Far be it for me to take anything said by nameless "insiders" at face value, but this seems to be a little underwhelming.

Only some departments, and only up to 20%?

Or is that the best I could hope for, even under a Trump-tatorship?
