George, I think it would be better if you simply admit screwing up big time on the translation of "Cacaito." The word you are looking for may be "caquita", or more coloquially "cerotito" or perhaps "cerotico." To add to the confusion, in some Central American countries "cacao" is sometimes used as "chocolate" (the candy variety, not the drink). So, you may hear little kids asking for "cacaitos" (as "chocolatitos" would be too hard to say -g-) As they say, a little bit of knowledge can be dangerous, and it is a good thing Cacaito is a patient man with a sense of humor.
