I hang at malls all the time. R/E and many are still under water. Newer ones sell at a deep discount re sq ft. Auto sales and I must be confused cuz they are giving incentives. My health insurance cost are up some 40% and HMM I was one who couldn't keep my DR. So save the pump for another. The only thing that was great is I exploited the downside of many quality companies as a result of that NO vote re the T.A.R.P
