Betty Ann,

I'm not basing my HOPES on any sophisticated formula. I simply note that ATI started moving up after posting excellent Q2 results this year. According to dailystocks.net, ATI was at 29 or so prior to Q2 earnings, between Q2 and Q3 it got up to 38 for a gain of 9 or so. Between Q3 and Q4 (so far) it got to 42 in spite of a tough market for a gain of 4.
I hope Q4 earnings will be equally impressive, and hence hope that ATI goes up another 4 to 9 for 46 to 51 rounded to 45 - 50 for the nearest five dollars. That's all.

Regards, and good luck investing,

Dave W
