Elizabeth, PTSC has not used off-shore financing. However, the characteristics of some of the financing that they have used (no-floor convertable debentures) are similar to those of typical off-shore deals, and the forces operating on the stock price are similar, so it is still useful to look at how other similar deals have panned-out. In particular, the timing of the PTSC financing is significantly different than typical off-shore Reg-S deals. I don't think that this alters the fundamental equation, though - just makes it a long, slow, painful bleeding. It's the shareholders, of course, that are being bled by the company...
