It's exactly that investment banking "relationship" that taints any evaluation an analyst would produce. They want business....would such an analyst produce a report saying the company shouldn't be bought? And as further food for thought, what does a company producing a surplus of cash from ongoing operations need with an investment banker who will raise still more cash than it needs from investors? Obviously I have a very nasty view of analysts. I pay no attention to what they say, or to the reasons why they say it. Their work is not in my interest as a stockholder, not in the interest of those looking to become stockholders, not even in the client's interest. Chaz.

Noticed a 144 was filed last week (according to insidertrader site) by an officer to sell 40,000 shares (price was 15 1/2 at time of filing).

Skippard -

Thanks for the analyst insight. You guys are extremely helpful to me and it is greatly appreciated. As I said I'm not sure I want this or not. The obvious upside is the recognition. But that may come eventually on its own as a result of Radica's stellar performance. The downside is that with analyst coverage, we then have analyst expectations to meet - or fall short of.

Btw - just got the Cabela's 1998 Spring Catalog. Lunker Bass and Deep Sea Fishin' nicely displayed ($24.99 ea, p154.) A lot of the right kind of people get this catalog.

Best to all,

larry
