Why would you go to the ER to try to schedule something? Because that nice man, Mr. PUKERSAM said, "*No American is denied health care regardless of ability to pay." That is a fact!!!!* And when I try to schedule open heart surgery with the cardiology department, they ask me what insurance I have, and when I tell them I don't have any insurance, and I don't have enough money to pay for it, they won't schedule it for me unless I have a responsible third party who agrees to pay for it. That's why.
