Trump also won because he went DIRECTLY to the American people via Twitter and thereby bypassed the sycophantic MSM. He would have got NOTHING positive out of that bunch of Clinton sympathizers. In addition he saved himself a truck load of money which would have just gone down the black hole of MSM adverts, with them laughing all the way to the bank as they took his cash. Trump had a good idea what was troubling vast numbers of Americans, and he also knew that they had come to the conclusion that another useless politician wasn't going to get them what they wanted and needed. I've seen numerous interviews, via TV, with Americans who once were Democratic Party supporters, but who changed their vote to Trump and the Republican Party. BUT KEY TO THAT VOTE was Trump, not the Republican Party, IMO. Had the GOP put up another "Politician" my guess is that Hillary would have won hands down ....
