Cant really tell just now what the major missing information is, but there is a very high probability that Ma has less information about the missing information, concerning galactic matters. Rumsfield told us years ago that Trillions were missing from DOD, without explanation. Lets not assume anything, but as folks who understand balance sheets, the deployed funds, bought something. We don't know what those expenditures purchased, what kind of assets need to be returned to our nations balance sheet, those assets have been derived to one limbo or another, whereas they/we need the results of those missing informations, to be transparently reflected for what they are/were/will become.
