<<Hard to understand why NZ would have to keep kissing up to Obama when the man was already in the door, on the way out - and HRC too. >> It has been unpleasant watching NZ go from number 3 in GDP per person about 60 years ago to way down in the muck somewhere. Along with that, the murder rate, robberies, burglaries, violence and social muck has boomed.

But the indignity of being in with Senegal and Venezuela in the UN resolution is like a bad joke. At least it wasn't Zimbabwe and North Korea but give us a bit more time. Things are never so bad that they can't get worse.

The instigators, being John Key as prime minister and Murray McCully made that about their last act. John Key I guess quit when he saw Big D had won so he had made a bad choice. His friend Obama and Harpy Hillary wanted it. That puts NZ in Big D's bad books. No wonder John Key resigned suddenly. Bill English as new prime minister carried it on - he could have withdrawn and voted against.
