Pat & Moneymaker, my vote is for a sale. I don't think they can 'change' the management, when the problem is at the very top. IMO new ownership is the only way to get it to turnaround and salvage any remaining investor capital. If it takes them a year to turn it around, investments are better served somewhere else.
(I'm hoping some explicit news of a sale would come out within the month.)

PS, Pat I don't think the WSJ article would cause the rise. I sorta think the stock has bottomed out, and the rise is based on speculation that there may be a buyout because everybody is disappointed with the management (but not the product).
