Now, we don't actually know how these numbers were arrived at and whether all savings were determined. And it may cost a couple billion a year to make Apple whole. If you create factories and jobs you have to figure out how you can come to terms with them. There will be savings and there will be optimizations that can be applied.

China is going to require plants to be in China for what you sell there. But you can, with reasonable economic policy, make the US more competitive in this area. That is what leadership is about.
