Hi Jess and Happy New Year...the drilling starts this coming Wednesday and from what I gather it will be fancy(all the bells and whistles) not plain drilling meaning all the possible tests will be done on the cores which should tell us if we have the big one. My feeling from talking to them is that they are very upbeat on the possibilities. The addition of Mr. Sinclair to the team is a big deal. His expertise is such that this will be done RIGHT! This field has never before had this kind of extensive testing done. The previous shallow holes( which I believe encountered only small pockets trapped under overburden) and old oil wells(done in the l930's that produced gas not oil) were nothing compared to the sophisticated testing that is about to start. State of the art!
