Solution from me is doubtful, as a systems analyst striving to figure this out, my best hope is that my methods will lead to awareness about the missing information within the solution.

Magnetic monopoles are very important to quantum programmability, quantum programmability is part of identity formation which occupies space within the understanding the strong and weak force.

Nucleation pretty much demands that a property with monopole characteristics, is present. There is much evidence for this being the key element within a part of the whole solution.
