B,
I think we may be getting back to a more 'normal' trading pattern, which has been characterized by surge/retrace/surge/retrace. The lastest pop over 7, then slowly back to 6 looks very much like the patterns made in the months before the call.

With volume tailing off, stops being taken out, and a vague 'cup/handle' formation forming I think things are looking good. The cycle took about 19 or so sessions, so I would expect us to bounce between 6 and 6 1/2 before bouncing above 7.

caveat emptor, your mileage may vary.

My gut feeling is that we're going to drift until the good news begins to come in. For that reason, I sold the last of my BNGO this morning to take advantage of what I think are some better, short term opportunities. I do plan to get back in before too long, however.

B,
I show a number if indicators on the 'cusp'. I think tomorrow is critical to confirm support at 6.250. If we break through that support point (established by the resistance high on 12/2/97) then MACD is going to crossover. I show the Stoch-Slow having already crossed over.

If we hold 6.250, then I see moves back up to 7 1/2. If we break through 6.250, then moves back down to 5 1/4 would not be out of the question.

We need some good news, new money, or both.

Assuming 97 earnings of .35 - .41, and a PE of about 20 (reasonable for a growth company in the gaming sector), the price should be around $7 - $8. At least that is what I've come up with. Vinnie
