the aussie venture that be a tailings-processing initiative on tasmania island (a/k/a a lake of silver and pond of gold), that which has no mining risk, and is only dependent on the capex spend weighed against recovery rate of silver / gold, is a particularly good project for these times we hope to exit w/ our risk money, on the table since early 2013, and ride the venture forward w/i a london-listed / america-traded company let us see if the deal closes or not, say end-May / end-June
