I think Trump may just cut the press off entirely and just put out a scripted spew periodically. I don't see that working, as Washington is a huge place with thousands of embedded 'unnamed sources'. It will just be the Trump spew vs. the media spew, and the media spew will prove to be much more interesting, and as we've already seen, more congruent with reality. The Trumpies may set up the media, and in the competitive, publish first enviornment, score some victories in making them appear less credible. But that will be his hench-people. Trump has too little self control himself.
