<I just know this is the year that our much abused and maligned portfolios take off and make us rich. Really. I know it. Trust me. I'm very intuitive.>

I think I have given up, Penni, on my portfolio. In fact, that is why I am scavenging three course meals from the crack between the counter and the stove--I am trying to scrape up the money to start all over.

In the year-and-one-half since I squandered the family fortune on very risky, small tech stocks, my broker has miraculously studied point and figure graphs and become an excellent stock picker!! I would be a wealthy woman if I had listened to him in the first place. So in the event that my miraculously miniscule food budgeting works, there is still a chance to get rich!!!!!!

P.S. I am not too sure you will be able to saw all the way through that petrified bread dough log. Couldn't we just leave it whole, and create an elegant buche de blackberry for dessert?
