Sycamore, there was a financing package. The problem is it was dilutive--or will be at some time.

And I'm going to keep responding to you. You're participating on the thread which means you must receive any and all posts directed toward you. You don't have to reply.

Now if major news is released at some time and depending on its nature, the stock will jump. Remember back in September when I and several others kept saying there wouldn't be a major JV for some time--months away at best? And we got attacked for this?

Well, it's three months since and still no major JV. The problem is with drilling now potentially getting pushed back to second quarter, the entire time table for developments may be sliding even farther away. That's not bearish or negative, it's a real possibility.

The best thing for aipn right now is for a small JV to be signed in the 30-60 million dollar range--just as qdog has stated over and over. He also got attacked for this months ago, but now every single one of us who have a position in aipn would be warm and fuzzy over such a news release.

Be a bull, Sycamore, but also allow that others who are also bullish may look at specific issues in a different way than you. And this does not mean they are a naysayer.

Yes I did agree to a scenario, if all the if's were met, that price would occur. Sorry don't recall the particular scenario of events that would push it there, but I'm sure it had something to do with successful well being drilled. I maybe wrong about that.

It's also where I have some AIPN shares from long ago, $25. So as you can see buying and holding for the long term doesn't alway payoff. Hmmm, should have used that as a tax loss last year................ Nah, I like to have that reminder.
