It's very easy to calculate.

The one big advantage pure electrics have is their motor maintains it's high efficiency (above 90%) thru it's entire output range.

That's impossible for ICE's.

Their efficiency drops as their percent of power output increases.

Since ICE's are "heat" engines their efficiency is a fraction of an electric motor.

ICE's throw away the majority of their energy input as heat to the surrounding environment.

Plus the pollution products of combustion!
