Times change, Harrisburg PA is/was the home of Harley Davidson... UT TX AZ NE SD all will present better options for Foxconn, recognize that the fundamentals changed, tax policy, regulation policy, all will be different. Me thinks that capital flows act as a counterprogram. In a never changing world inertia and inaction lead to expedient reaction, lost opportunity is like something you hate to miss. Be a better that the incentives provided by the administration are but a fraction of the weight of the entire holistic picture. We had a Japan decade, a Korea decade, we'll have a China decade where the failure to act will cost all parties more in the long run. All folks experienced in maneuvering along side kleptocrats show a longing for escaping that dim reality. Rumor has it, deal flow will be surprising to most. Not me, high ground knows what lurks in the hearts of men. When Your young enough 37 to 45 & your Oil company promises you (not you because of your job but the project manager and engr types) the opportunity of a lifetime, to partake of the largest discovery ever and in your bones you knew it....what did you do....? to much gremlins on my cursor tonight....im out.
