John, the bullish news is the widespread public acceptance of the bullish spin put on all bad news regardless of how absurd and contradictory the spin is. The public believes Wall St is there to guide ma and pa through the minefields and the mainstream financial press is in tune with the new era economy. They believe government action can cure all economic and social ills. Mike
