Jeff, I certainly hope it is rescinded! The law as written forces business owners to become policemen. This opens a veritable Pandora's box. The loss of convention and tourist dollars may force the Caifornia State Legislature to rethink this one. Please note that the above has nothing to do with the fact that I smoke cigarettes. I seldom go to bar-bars, but when I am out for dinner it was a nice thing to be able to step over to the bar for a cigraette, rather than to have to go out in the wind and the rain and the fog. Holly
