I had to google the 25th Amendment, but when I did, I found a surprising number of links agreeing with you, and we're not even a week in.

Would be interesting to see how that played out among the faithful ...

As an aside, the West Wing had a plot thread (two or three episodes in sequence) that dealt with this section of that Amendment. They had a clever plot twist where the Democratic President yielded to a Republican. Later, when he could resume his duties, he issued the contrary declaration and was re-sworn in.

Section 3. Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.
