Clyde posted: Mister Hoov, Mara is not listed on the BOD or Board of Advisors because she isn't either of them She is listed as investor relations Clyde - Mara's title (according to ZEN NR on Aug 18, 2016) was: Vice President - Corporate Communications and Investor Relations She is (was?) a VICE PRESIDENT of both Corporate Communications and Investor Relations That is both a Board and Management position. - You know - Like the other Zenyatta Vice Presidents. Even the directors are listed as Management personnel. Did she get demoted? Is she no longer a Vice President? Is she just an "investor relations" employee now?
