Those are state returns but enough Fed info is there to see that he paid no Fed tax that year.....ie he had income of 10.8 million from interest and business, piddling amounts from misc, and then canceled them all with a whopping 916 B (that's a B, like in Bill). I would bet he paid nothing to the Feds. You disagree?

The return you copied in your post is part of his NJ return.
