All of these many little Executive Orders each White House administration take "in their final days" are designed to give the incoming administration a face-saving way to make difficult decisions and blame them on the prior administration. If any of these Executive Actions had really been important to them, they would have taken that action a week earlier.

Apart from pardons and sentence commutations, none of these last minute actions have enough time to finish taking place before the new administration takes office. All of these Executive Decisions need to be first published.

The new White House administration can revoke these actions, or let them go through knowing they won't take the blame for an unpopular decision.

Unless they were really inept, the Trump administration revoked a select number of the Executive Actions Obama took in the last few days and didn't revoke the actions they would have liked to have taken themselves, just so long as their name isn't on it.

There's also usually a limited number of embarrassment ploys. Obama reduced the cost of mortgage insurance during his last 3 days and since he repealed this one, Trump got tagged with headlines that he "increased the cost of home ownership" as soon as he took office. In this instance fun and games.

All of this is quite familiar to anyone who was in a college fraternity or similar organizations - or anyone involved in "adult politics" which is often more childish than fraternity pranks.

If Obama had really wanted to release the funds previously authorized for the Palestinian Government, he would have done so a week prior to when he acted. All Obama did was give Donald Trump a choice to let the transfer go through or to reverse it - and in either case send a message.

All in all this event is a sad one as it shows the true colors of BO and his Secretary of State.

They tried to circumvent the Congress to make a favor to an overseas authority who pays benefits for everyone that murders or maims people for pure hostile ideological reasons.

It does not matter if the victims where Israelis or any other nationality, but the fact shows that BO administration did not give a damn about the tragedy in Syria, and the Syrian women and children in refugee camps for which those $220 million or so, could have help a lot for mostly innocent victims of a gruesome civil war.

There are so many refugee camps in Turkey Jordan Serbia and Greece that this money would have helped a lot. Instead BO and Kerry decided to transfer the money to be paid as stipends for murderers.

Wonder what the organizers of the so called "Women March" would have to say including "Madonna".

womensmarch.com - another deplorable organization - that tens of thousand innocent people die in Syria and Iraq, they do not care. That the women of the Yazidi ethnic nation are sold as sex-slave is unimportant, and the Yazidi men are brutally murdered does not count for the "Women March"

All in all womensmarch.com are despicable and perverse
