I agree with most of what you say. I was trying to steer the forum towards discussing Borland for a change.

Since VSGN purchase won't be final until voted upon by stoockholders, why do you expect to see any significant costs associated with the buyout in the last quarter? Until it is approved the two companies are separate entities and their internal accounting can not be merged (as far as it seems to me - a layman).
