Dems? It's the GOP that would sh*t. Red states are subsidized more by CA than any other state. To a lesser extent, a number of other blue states.

In Washington, they chronically underfund education, and so the GOP plan that was floated this week is to overtax the Dem areas (urban centers), so they can promise a tax cut to their rural constituents.

The tyranny of the electoral majority.
