Scott--That would have been my reaction to that article also. My son in Atlanta told me that that news was commented on by CNBC Friday AM, I also missed it, but told him I didnt think it would be too relevent. However, Mike Fearnow from PR called about 15 minutes ago and wanted to let me know that the same story was carried in todays Wall St. Journal and that they (MGT) believes this is the reason for the sell off today. They believe that when that kind of news hits the Journal there are some people who just decide to sell even though the news is not related to AB&G.

He also mentioned that they have a full Management meeting scheduled for tomorrow with the two principals from S.C. coming in ( Mr. Mims and Mr. Harrison) and that there would be announcements in the near term of new business ventures. Expansion into more Video Poker in S. C. he thought would wait until after the Legislature does its thing, which he estimates would be in the first three months of this next term that just started today.

I asked about his call to Rodney Babcock and he stated that he was mistaken about having his number. He is going to go back to an old data bank and see if he can find it ,since he recalls calling Rodney back when the thread first came into being.

Scott: Interesting, and very depressing article. I get absolutely furious when I hear stuff like this. Not until the bureaucratic idiots who do things like this are held PERSONALLY liable will we see and end to it IMO. I have experienced similar idiocy in my real estate activities. It really bites!!
As it may or may not relate to BNGO. I don't think so either. George
