Hang on. There's something fishy, or at least awry, with the reporting. I've been looking at Quebec papers and now the cops say they've only one suspect and Khadir, (apparently not his exact surname) was a witness, been released.

But early report said eyewitness said there were two shooters.

lapresse.ca eyewitnesses can be unreliable....
