Supreme Court will be firmly conservative for a generation.

I think Ginsberg is getting senile and will probably never quit. Tough to get to retire.

He may yet nominate three more justices in his first term. Kennedy, Ginsberg and Breyer are 80, 83 and 78, respectively. With Scalia's replacement and three more, the Supreme Court will be firmly conservative for a generation.



Justice Thomas has opined that 25 years on the Court is enough for him. DJT may get to replace him
with someone around 50 years old.
