Michael,

I know about the augmentation agreement. We went over all this
awhile back when I asked about the OVIS/RMIL 14mil asset.

My point was to counter Pug's hype regarding the 14mil augmentation
agreement with RMCW.

No one has ever given me a good answer as to why OVIS is entitled
to the 14mil aug. agreement in the first place. PRTI and Rocky's
merge falls through. No exchange of assets or shares. Why does
Rocky get to walk away with 14mil in MVPH stock?

Let's go into fantasy world and pretend RMIL receives 14mil in MVPH
stock. That's over 100mil shares at the current MVPH stock .13

Do you think that RMIL could sell the 100+mil shares for anything
close to 14mil? As I recall the oil and gas assets that PRTI sold
to MVPH was valued at what PRTI had the oil and gas assets on their books(this is from memory so I could be wrong). So who knows how much
the assets are really worth. I would say not that much by looking
at the stock price.

MVPH has stated in a news release that the augmentation agreement
with OVIS/RMIL is not valid.

Now don't you think it would be considered hype without mentioning
that
1. RMIL might have to go to court for the 14mil.
2. The 14mil in augmented stock may not be worth 14mil except on paper.
3. RMIL might not be entitled to the 14mil.

This information is only my opinion based on news releases from both
companys and a short conversation with a PR firm for MVPH.

That 4 million share certificate was made out to PRTI. Not Puhr. Not RMIL. And there was no stock power giving Puhr the right to reassign it.
