Yes. Thank you QDOG. Now to see how the stock reacts. I think the 4 5/8 trade came after this press release. Volume has perked up but not running away. Currently bid 4 9/16 ask 4 19/32 on volume of 876,200.

What was the time this news released?
Can you match the time that this news was out and the time the stock rised from $4 1/4 to $4 9/16? If not, I am inclined to say not this news.
