George, most of the time these lawsuits are a nonevent. They happen all the time when stocks are have lost alot in market cap. If you join the lawsuit, you get pennies at most on the dollar. If you really beleive SIII did something wrong, join the battle. But don't join a battle without a cause.

You might just be used because you bought too high. Live, Learn, and remember, it's only Money...is it that important?

Just my opinion,

P.S. I have been used. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

George,

I concur with Beach Bill.

It is a nonevent. Most of the suits will likely be consolidated into
one. Most of the suing lawyers are breaking their bxlls to find
support among shareholders.

Unless you are a real large holder and feel strongly about it, just wait
for the letter in the mail and then decide what to do. Until then the
various lawyer groups are positioning themselves hoping to be appointed
the lead group if at all it comes to that.

Right now they are doing it at their cost and that is the best part.
